Welcome to the Book of Life programs. I invite you to explore and truly engage in our mindful program. It has been a challenge to find the best way to guide children and people in need, especially in today's uncertain world. I see many people, including adults, who still struggle with vulnerable feelings due to a lack of connection with ourselves, family, friends, and communities. This lack of confidence limits our ability to share our true stories and hinders our own self-understanding.

With experience as a concept designer in various industries from science to fashion; an artist in woodworking, ceramics, papercraft, and textiles; a practitioner of Eastern and alternative medicine; a certified teacher in the arts; and a licensed “emotional curator” in the book industry, I bring an innovative and multidisciplinary approach to all that I do. Inspired by an in-person bookmaking program while staying in Korea, my team and I developed an online program that expanded the reach and methodologies of bookmaking. Now, we have staff and students all over the world.

Everyone has a story to tell, whether it's from your own unique experiences or creations. Your life is filled with joy, failure, pain, and countless other stories. We are here for you and your friends, to lend an ear and help you find your voice. Be the storyteller of your own life.
